chando is a guy with problems.. his major problem is being stupid/dumb/crazy && such more things (too many to mention). he's something else he's just out of this world.
but besides all that he's a really cool fella fun to hang out with. always making people laugh and he talks a lot of crap.
he is also a really good friend.
u know it's hard to know is he's being serious because when he's pretending to be serious he still is a big joke..
